We at ORDA develop digital products for gastronomy businesses to realize their full potential. We passionately work on creating a digital experience culture for restauranteurs, their staff and guests. With our core product, the ORDA-App, gastronomy guests can order and pay food and drinks with their smartphone in our partner venues through a digital menu and thus experience gastronomy entirely new. Until 2028, we strive to become the European category leader for gastronomy orders & payments.

Your role
  • You take a leading role in cultivating and shaping the foundation to ensure ORDA's customers long-term success and happiness
  • You build scalable processes and solid structres for the Customer Success pillars of onboarding, service and growth
  • You collaborate closely with our product team and form the important bridge between the needs of our customers and ORDA
  • You are responsible for driving up orders by helping our partners to create a great customer experience and to promote ORDA
  • You ensure partnership retention by proactively finding solutions for our partners to keep them happy and satisfied

  • You are creative, open-minded and have strong communication skills with excellent German and English proficiency (minimum C1 level certificate required for both languages)
  • You gathered 2+ years of management, sales, account management or customer success experience
You are amongst the ORDA FIRST 10 and build up the company hand in hand with the founders and first team members
